Signing a purchase agreement does NOT bind either the buyer or seller to go through with the sale. This simply tells us you're serious about considering our offer.

All aspects of the sale are documented clearly and legally, outlining the terms and conditions of the sale.

You can sign this and return through the mail or via Docusign.

If you already have a buyer lined up, it may not be necessary to work with a realtor.
